15-Day Return & Refund Policy
At ZaibTan Studio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, uncut and in its original condition. All original packaging, labels and tags must also be intact.
Fabric that has been stitched, cut, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or otherwise used cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact ZaibTan Studio as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Returns
Before sending any product back, please contact ZaibTan Studio with your order details and reason for return. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable available refund method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product received was damaged, defective or incorrect. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by ZaibTan Studio.
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are eligible for return only if they otherwise meet the return conditions stated above, unless clearly marked as final sale.
